We understand that life happens! We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to another pup in need.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are always free — no questions asked.

Cancellations made the day before your appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations where we're unable to fill the slot, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full appointment amount.

If a client is not available within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, it will be treated as a no-show.

We send a courtesy reminder 72 hours before every appointment to help you stay on track.

We reserve the right to waive any fee at our discretion — we're here to work with you, not against you.

Repeated no-shows may result in removal from our client list so we can keep our schedule reliable for all of our families

Woof St.'s associates are experience in working with difficult dogs, but in rare occasions the pet is simply too aggressive to continue grooming. Please disclose any aggressive behavior prior to the appointment so that we can take the appropriate preventative measures and precautions. An additional fee may be required due to delays caused by working with an aggressive dog.

If your pet is elderly, has special medical requirements, overweight, or cannot stand properly. they will be getting a "comfort groom" for the safety of the dog. This is a grooming style that relies on more gentle processes to keep your pet happy and healthy

Due to the risk of matting on a pet, there is a risk of nicks, cuts, and abrasions. this may also be caused by unexpected skin conditions not disclosed by the customer. Woof St. will take note of these instances to ensure that these issues are less likely to happen during future appointments. There will be additional charges for matting.

Poodles and Doodles have especially high maintenance coats. For the health and safety of the pet, Woof St. requires that poodles & doodles are placed on a 4-6 week recurring maintenance schedule.
